Return Policy

Place an Order

When placing orders, please check carefully the details of the products, such as the product code, size, color,customized details and logistic details. Once the order is confirmed, it entails that the customer is well-aware of the conditions and details of the order as written and regulated by METAHOME


Once the order is confirmed, customers are not allowed to make further changes and cancel the order. If the customer cancels the order before the delivery of furniture, METAHOME HONG KONG would not refund any deposits or paid amounts.


 Return of Goods and Quality Assurance

Customers should carefully check the quantity and quality of the ordered items. Once the customer has signed on the delivery note, this entails that the customer confirmed the quantity and quality of the items are correct.


All of the solid hardwood products can enjoy seven days of quality assurance. METAHOME HONG KONG would provide free repairment or return of goods if there occur any structural malfunction that is not caused by man-made negligence. Please note that quality assurance does not include man-made negligence, natural wood-crack, natural wood color difference, processing marks.


All display items cannot be returned and refunded. 


If quality issues occur in solid hardwood furniture, customers must notify METAHOME HONG KONG within seven days upon the delivery and reception of goods.

After seven days of quality assurance period, METAHOME HONG KONG will no longer be responsible for any quality issues related to products.


Returned goods must be unused, unpacked, without any scratches and damages. 


When returning goods, customers must return all the gifts, coupons and other relevant products associated with the returned items. If the customer fails to return the gifts, coupons and relevant products, the customer must compensate for the monetary value of the gifts.  


Quality assurance and the return of goods are not applicable to the following situation,

1.    Inappropriate Installation, Misuse of products,damage of products as a result of man-made negligence and normal deterioration

2.    Customer install, dismantle and move the furniture inappropriately.

3.    The product is a display item.

The quality assurance period of repaired and changed items commence upon the initial reception of goods.
