Return Policy

Terms and Policies

All custom furniture projects are modifications made based on the original designs. Any custom modifications will be clearly specified on the official receipt or custom design drawings; customers are requested to check the invoice carefully. Any custom details and items not specified on the official receipt or drawings will be manufactured according to the original product design (subject to the product item number).

Order Notes
Verification Upon Ordering: Customers must carefully review the product style, dimensions, colors, other custom details, and delivery information on the order at the time of placement. Once the customer confirms the order, it signifies their confirmation of and agreement to all details and terms on the order.

No Changes or Cancellations: Once the order is confirmed, the style, dimensions, color, and custom details within the order cannot be altered or canceled.

Custom Production & Safety First: All custom-made furniture products are manufactured from scratch by the factory. The structural safety of all custom products is the primary consideration.

Handcrafted Nature & Structural Variations: Solid wood furniture production involves multiple manual and handcrafted processes. Please note that the design details of custom products (e.g., corner curvatures) may differ slightly from display items and product photos. Furthermore, based on structural safety considerations, the structure of custom products (e.g., the number of beams/support boards) will be re-evaluated according to the dimensions and compartments ordered by the customer; therefore, it may vary slightly from display items and product photos.

Size Tolerances: Due to manual measurement and handcrafted production processes, a normal size error/tolerance of +-1 inch applies to all products.

Product Returns, Exchanges, and Quality Assurance

Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers or authorized recipients must carefully inspect the product quality, structure, quantity, and model before signing for the goods. Once signed, it signifies that the customer confirms the received product quantity, model, and quality structure are correct and flawless.

Reporting Defects: If any quality or structural issues are discovered upon delivery, customers are entitled to free repair or exchange services. This excludes: man-made damage, thermal expansion and contraction, natural cracking, natural wood color variations, processing marks, and minor repair or sanding marks.

Return Restrictions: Returns and exchanges only apply to products with severe structural problems. No returns are accepted for any custom-made products.

Final Sale Items: All discounted or sale items, display items, and self-pickup items are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

Post-Sign-Off Disclaimer: Once the customer has signed for the goods, the Company shall no longer bear any responsibility for the product.

Condition for Returns/Exchanges: Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, in their original unopened packaging, and free of any damage or scratches.

Return of Promotional Gifts: When returning a product, all accompanying gifts, redemption items, gift vouchers, coupons, or items enjoyed under special offers due to the purchase must be returned together. If the customer fails to return them, or if the gifts are used or damaged, the customer must pay the cash equivalent of such gifts as determined by METAHOME.

Warranty and Return/Exchange Exclusions

Product warranty, returns, and exchanges do not apply to the following situations:

Damage caused by improper installation, usage, storage, or accidents, as well as normal wear and tear.

Products that have been personally installed, disassembled, modified, or relocated by the customer.

Products purchased by the customer that were designated as display items.
